2. The service

Ahoy provides AI receptionist software, including:

Ahoy runs on third-party infrastructure (voice AI engine, telephony, calendar APIs) — see our Privacy Policy for the current stack.

3. Pilots

We offer 14-day pilots free of charge. Pilots end automatically unless you sign up for a paid plan. Pilot success is measured by the number of appointments booked through Ahoy in the 14-day window. If we don't deliver the agreed minimum (typically 5 booked appointments), the pilot ends with no obligation on your part.

4. Pricing and payment

Plans are priced as published on hireahoy.com at the time of signup. Pricing is in CAD, USD, GBP, or AUD depending on your billing country. Setup fees are charged once at the start. Monthly fees are charged on the same calendar day each month, in advance.

We may change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing customers receive at least 30 days notice of any price increase, and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any paid plan with 14 days notice. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has begun.
